I have been using Ascent exclusively for my cycling data for over 3 years. As I have emailed previously, in transferring to a new desktop, I lost my activation code and can no longer view any data (other than 10 last uploads which you can do with the free version). I emailed my original purchase receipt for your software so there is no doubt I am a valid paying member.
You are leaving me hanging with no alternatives.
Please step up and take care of business.
